Hello Everybody!

My name is Samuel and I am 23 years old from London, England. I have been teaching formally now for 8 months having completed my first teaching contract in Peru. I found this to be an amazing and fulfilling experience and one I wish to continue by working with you.

Last year I graduated from the University of Southampton completing a BSc in Environmental Sciences and an MSc in Environmental Monitoring and Assessment. I love teaching English because it gives me the opportunities to meet new people, discover new cultures, and help make a dramatic change to the lives of others.

Communicating in English is a key global skill and without the right guidance can be extremely difficult. My teaching philosophy is to focus on the fundamental language skills and ensure my students have the ideal foundation to communicate with native English speakers. This will allow you to practice and use your English (without me) in real situations, which is the goal!

My lessons are balanced between replicating natural lifelike situations and integrating the specific topics my students wish to learn. I like to make my lessons as tailored as possible to the language goals of my students.

In my spare time I enjoy playing sport, rugby, practicing yoga, listening to music, and the natural outdoors. I hope to hear from you and wish you luck on your path to mastering English.
